Ordering Information

How to order:
Attention: Please don't ask for quotes, for inventory check,
shipping, etc. until you are ready to place an order. Items will only be held
in reserve for 10 days. After that, items may not be available for your purchase.
Send me an e-mail with a list of what you want.
Tell me where you are so I can calculate shipping costs. Zip codes are helpful.
Let me know if you need anything special such as invoices, insurance, tracking
package registration, etc. I will try to do everything required as long as I am
told everything at this point.
Tell me how you wish to pay. (Postal Money Order, Check, Western Union, Etc.)
I don't accept telephone calls, sorry.
Then wait for my reply. 99% of the time my answer will be within 24 hours. Stock will
be checked and a total amount given. Payment information will also be given.
When paying by mail, make sure you send me a list the items you had ordered.
Also make sure your address is plainly printed somewhere. Failure to do this
will cause delay as I have to scroll through hundreds of e-mails
to find this information.
Upon payment, your items will be promptly shipped (pending clearing of
checks). I ship exclusively via US Postal Service.
International customers:
Shipping to international locations is only via US Postal Service.
I can ship via airmail to most any location. I use mostly
First Class International for small packages. There is no insurance available
but it is fairly cheap. Insurance is available when shipped via Priority International Post.
For small purchases shipped to outside of the US,
I am able to accept cash (USD and Euros) as payment. E-mail for details.
I have had 99.99% successful delivery. But there is sometimes trouble with
international deliveries because of packages being held up by your government
for payment of taxes or whatever. Before you contact me concerning a late package,
please contact your post office first.
Please be patient. I have noticed that shipments to Canada take much longer than to
Europe or Australia. Don't know why.
Prices don't include possible VAT, GST, and PST or other taxes.

I consider my customer service to be top notch (not my words). I have been selling electronic
parts for nearly 35 years. I want to make your purchase the easiest it can be with the
least hassle possible. I pride myself on this, and I want you to tell your friends and
I want you to come back again.
The items that are offered here are available because they were parts that I needed for
my own projects. Some items are hard to find, and some are custom made. As a professional
purchasing agent in the electronics arena, if I had trouble finding this stuff, I can
imagine what you civilians go through. Quantities are small and due to run out without
restocking.
I ship US shipments by the next business day after I receive your payment (checks sometimes held
for payment, except repeat customers). I go to the post office twice a week, so there might
be a day or two delay for international packages.
I charge enough for shipping and other direct costs. I try to ship the cheapest possible
way. I sometimes make use of flat rate box services too. I don't try to make a killing
on the package "handling". This isn't eBay.
So you can buy with confidence with me, and your project will be up and running quickly.
